For many of the merit badges, not all requirements will be covered at the GAD Merit Badge Fair.
In order for a scout to receive a "complete" at the Fair, the scout needs to do the following:
- click on the badge shown below and print the form
- do the specified requirements prior to the Fair
- fill in the info on the form and have the scout's Scoutmaster sign the form
(a signature from a parent is not sufficient)
- bring a copy of the signed form to the merit badge class and present to the counselor
If a scout does not bring a signed form stating that he has completes these requirements,
the scout will receive a "partial" and can complete the badge within his own troop later.
