Without adult volunteers, Scouting as we know it is nearly impossible. Recognizing the central importance of volunteerism to the successful operation of the District and the Scouting units within its boundaries, the Golden Arrow District has implemented a program to recognize the efforts of its volunteers.  This program was started in 2005.
