Roundtable is always held on the
1st Thursday of every month
(except July) at 7:30 pm.
This month Roundtable
will be held on Thursday, August
6, 2009.
The location is St. John the
Divine Episcopal Church at the
corner of Westheimer and River
Oaks Blvd. Park in the Lamar
High School lot on west side of
the school and walk across
Westheimer.
All leaders are warmly invited
to attend this gathering and
new parents are strongly
encouraged to attend.
At this meeting, you will
get handouts and flyers for a
number of upcoming activities,
along with informational
displays on various Scouting
topics. With all the free
information that you will
receive, you can plan
your Pack meetings and much,
much, more.
Twice the fun, half the
work!
Every Cubmaster, Committee
Chair, and any adults involved
in planning should be there to
pick up flyers, hear the
presentations, ask questions,
and get a calendar.

pack plans for the coming
program year.
