The District Service award was presented to these units at the District Dinner in February 2008.
The GAD Honor Unit Award was created in 2003 to recognize those GAD Packs, Troop, Teams, Crews, and Ships that conduct quality Scouting program in a manner that supports the District's efforts (a) to earn the National Quality District Award and (b) to meet the goals set by the Council in the areas of membership, finance and program.
