Attendance at PTC courses is by invitation only, upon the recommendation of the local council or BSA national committee.  GAD Scouters who wish to attend should contact either Fritz Maxwell, the GAD Training Chair, or Jeff Hutchinson, the District Director.  The form that you can use for this request can be downloaded by clicking here (this form is from 2006, but it can be used for 2008).
