Venturing Roundtable

Venturing Roundtable provides a forum for adults involved as leaders in the Scouting program to:

• discuss topics of interest, both formally and informally
• learn about upcoming District and Council events and programs
• meet and exchanges ideas with other leaders from the Golden Arrow District

Venturing Roundtable is open to all adults involved with the Venturing and Varsity units.  Registered crew advisors are especially encouraged to attend.

Venturing Roundtable is held quarterly.  The meetings are held at St. John the Divine Episcopal Church, 2450 River Oaks Blvd., across from Lamar High School.  For the meeting dates, please contact the Venturing Roundtable Commissioner (see below).

Boy Scout Roundtable is held 7:30-8:30 pm on the first Thursday of all months except there is no Roundtable in July.  The Boy Scout Roundtable also meetings are held at St. John the Divine Episcopal Church.  For those months when there is no Venturing Roundtable, leaders are encouraged to attend the Boy Scout Roundtable.  In those months when Venturing Roundtable is held, the meeting will end in time for leaders to also attend some or all of the Boy Scout Roundtable.
