This course is designed for any adult who is currently serving as or who intends to become a Scoutmaster or Assistant Scoutmaster in a troop.
The course is also beneficial for parents who simply desire a better understanding of how a troop functions.
 
This course is in three segments of approximately 2.5 hrs each.  The three segments are often taught in a single day but are sometimes offered as a series of three shorter sessions.
