Youth Protection Training is required or recommended for every adult involved in the Scouting program.  The course takes about 45 minutes and is offered at the following times:

before Roundtable several times per year

during the GAD Merit Badge Fairs in the fall and spring

at Cub Pow Wow in Nov, and

at University of Scouting in Feb.

An on-line version of this YPT course is available on the BSA national website.  You can read the material or listen to the audio, then take the test - all at your own computer.  After completing the course and passing the text, your YPT certificate is emailed to you.
